Why would I need to Tweet an answer from my Survey or Form ?

Here are some inspirational ideas : 

1 )  Do you need to send Structured Twitters such as Status Reports or Alerts ?

The above sentence was easily structured by having the person filling out the form to simply check mark the options that applied for Room A without needing to type a full sentence with a twitter client

How about having a live survey filled out by each of the participants that not only is uploaded into your cloud or back-office but also feeds twitter and your followers with live information that could even give you the agility to address an issue while at the event.
