    What is the difference between collaborating and sharing? »

    When sharing content, a user is provided a link to view and download the items that are shared. Collaboration involves more advanced interactions around folders. Users will not only be able to view the content, but will be able to organize content within their own Box accounts.

    Moreover, collaborators may be provided with editing rights.
