License Activation:

 

The purchase of eSurvey  Enterprise  includes license keys which must be entered in the program's Upgrade Manager after installation. Otherwise, the application will function as a FREE License which basically is a  genuine fully functional FREE version of our application, limited to 5 questions per form. It is not a trial.  To function with no limitations, the enterprise version must be activated. 

Cloud Mobile Forms automatically collects the following information when the eSurvey's FREE License is installed: email address, PIN #, mobile #, Blackberry model, OS version and owner's name. Please read our Privacy Policy. For more details please read information below this form .

    Every Blackberry with eSurvey license must be activated with a valid product key. eSurvey activation is a simple and straight forward process.

    Please be aware that Activation is being done during these hours [ 7:00 am to 10:00 pm ]  and it could take up to 3 hours to get a valid key and confirmation reply. Your information & data is private and secured by a process that currently requires a manual activation.

    If you want to reinstall a license which has already been activated - for example, after uninstalling the software, or installing it onto a different Blackberry - you must first give your written consent to the terms of the software's license agreement in writing an email to activation@cloudmobileforms.com with subject ‘reactivation’.
